Accessibility
A website designed for more people.
We aim to make SmartLink’s website understandable, navigable and usable across different devices, input methods and accessibility needs.
Our approach
We are working toward practical alignment with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable for this website.
Features included
The site uses semantic headings, keyboard accessible navigation, visible focus states, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, readable contrast, a skip link and alternatives to hover only interaction.
Motion and interaction
Interfaces are designed to respect reduced motion preferences where supported. Expandable content can be operated by keyboard and touch as well as a mouse.
Known limitations
Some concept imagery and complex visual demonstrations may not communicate every detail without sight. Supporting text is provided for the business meaning of those sections, and further improvements will be made as the site is reviewed.
